A delivery and pickup fee of $2.25 per mile is charged for all orders regardless of size. The fee is calculated from the warehouse to the destination. 

Idle time applies to the Photo Booth rentals. It’s when the renter wishes to not have the booth operational at certain times during the event. 

Unfortunately, pickups from our warehouse is not an available option.

You may add items to your order subject to availability, however you must do so 24 hours prior to your reserved date.

It's best to secure your rental as soon as possible, as our dates fill up very quickly. Due to the nature of our business and our coverage area, we are unable to accommodate last minute request.

Once we receive the details and time requested, we will check availability and send you an invoice with all the inclusive fees. All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit. An additional 20% refundable deposit is required for all per day rentals. All refundable deposits will be returned within 7 business days so as long as there are no damages to the rental. Rentals are only reserved upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit(s). 

All deposits are non-refundable. Tent and Bounce House reservations may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions, prior to delivery.
